Students on paid Industry Placement are paid at or above the appropriate award wage, and can expect to earn between $14 and $25 per hour while working in Australia.
*Overseas student health cover (OSHC) is a government requirement to gain a student visa. To make this OSHC process easier ICAE can organise your OSHC through our preferred provider AHM or students can organise their own OSHC. Student must obtain full visa length OSHC prior to obtaining a student visa, however, the actual length of OSHC you require may vary based on individual circumstances. Therefore, ICAE publishes price estimates in accordance with our preferred OSHC provider AHM’s pricing chart.
^ To enable successful completion of coursework students are required to own a laptop computer that meets ICAE’s minimum technology requirements. If you do not own a laptop that meets the requirements ICAE can purchase one on your behalf for a fee. If you require ICAE to purchase a laptop on your behalf you must pay the laptop fee prior to receiving your eCOE.
