More About ICAE’s Online Responsible Service of Alcohol Training

ICAE is one of the Northern Territory’s top vocational training providers and the preferred training provider of the AHA Northern Territory. Over the years, ICAE has delivered the Responsible Service of Alcohol course to thousands of hospitality staff working in Darwin, the NT and Australia-wide, and our training methods have won numerous regional and national training awards. Our new online RSA format means that the Responsible Service of Alcohol course is accessible to those in regional or remote areas or employees who need to complete their RSA cert in their own time.

Our approach to online RSA training means that your Responsible Service of Alcohol training material is all available to you via your online training account at anytime and your process for getting through the RSA training is simple and efficient. Once you have completed your course and it has been assessed, ICAE posts you a RSA Statement of Attainment and RSA Certificate by mail so you have a hard-copy of your achievement.

For new arrivals in Australia, completing the RSA will allow you to work in a bar, restaurant, liquor store or other hospitality establishment where alcohol service is required*, and many employers will not even consider you without proof that you have obtained a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
