Tzu-Chien Chen (Jasmine) is a former ICAE student from Taiwan. She has completed a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and worked at the Cav as part of her certificate course.

“I am very happy to be employed at the Cav as part of my Certificate IV Cookery course at ICAE.  My second semester is a full industry placement, and as an ICAE student  I am entitled to work up to 45 hours per week on my student visa – which is very attractive for me financially.  The Cav team , led by Lea our Head Chef, is very friendly and supportive.  I have learnt great practical skills in a dynamic workplace.
