Wasantha Perera

Wasantha is an ICAE student from Sri Lanka, studying Certificate III in Baking.

Why did you come to Darwin to study baking?

I have a big family background in baking. My grandpa, bigger brother and younger brother are bakers. I need to have international knowledge of baking, so I decided to study abroad.

What do you think about studying at ICAE?

ICAE is amazing! They have good staff, good teachers and good facilities. I think I can build up my career path very well here with ICAE. I have very good confidence now in baking. And eventually, I will build up my career with a good future.

What advice would you like to give to people who want to work in hospitality?

To my friends and the world, if you need to build up your career in hospitality, this is the place. I am happy to invite you all to come and study with us, come and work with us, build up your future with ICAE.
