*School-based apprentices and trainees (SBaTs) are an excellent way of procuring loyal, long-term staff who can work up to two/three days per week throughout the school term, on weekends, and throughout school holidays. SBaTs tend to be very reliable and committed staff members, who often go on to work permanently at the venue after finishing school. Their hospitality training (front or back of house) contributes to their NTCE.
So if you are looking for committed local hospitality staff and/or wish to provide existing staff with formal recognition of their qualifications, contact Mark Erasmus at ICAE on 8941 5959, or 0421 619104, or mark.erasmus@icae.edu.au, to see how we can help you Grow Your Own.
