How It Works with DebitSuccess

At our college, we want to make paying your course fees as simple and secure as possible.
To do this, we use a company called DebitSuccess, which allows you to pay your fees automatically from the Australian bank account you will need to open once you are in Australia.

What Happens After You Arrive

Upon arrival in Australia, you must open a local Australian bank account to ensure you can function in our Australian financial system.

In O-Week our team will help you set up an agreement with DebitSuccess. If you arrive after O-Week, our Student Contact Officer will guide you through the process when you arrive. The DebitSuccess system allows your future payments to be automatically withdrawn from your nominated account on the scheduled due dates shown in your invoice.

You’ll receive a payment plan showing:

  1. How much each instalment will be
  2. When each payment will be made
  3. Any administration or transaction fees charged by DebitSuccess

Why We Use DebitSuccess

DirectSuccess makes managing your fees easier because:

  1. Payments are made automatically, so you don’t have to remember due dates
  2. You’ll avoid delays or missed payments
  3. You can clearly see your upcoming payments in your DebitSuccess schedule
  4. You can see the record of payments you have made
  5. It is a secure system.

Your Responsibilities

To make sure everything runs smoothly:

  1. Keep enough money in your bank account on each payment date
  2. Make DebitSuccess aware if your bank account details change
  3. Check your email for payment reminders or notifications from DebitSuccess
  4. Please note that fees apply for missed or late payments.
