ICAE has provided professional consulting expertise for Vocational Educational and Training (VET) reform projects in Timor Leste and Bangladesh. ICAE staff assisted the development of professional staff in the VET sector including the professional development of teaching staff, policy development of educational institutions and the development of employment capacity of jobseekers. This has enabled jobseekers to further their economic capacity through vocational training.
